About Us

About Us: Arvada Russian Speaking Therapy

Founding Story:

Arvada Russian Speaking Therapy (ARST) was born in 2017 out of a passion for connecting people with reliable and accessible information about Russian-speaking therapy services in the Arvada, Colorado area. We recognized a clear need for a centralized resource that provided unbiased, accurate, and up-to-date information about therapists who speak Russian, catering to the diverse cultural needs of our community.

Milestones & Achievements:

Since its launch, ARST has grown into a trusted online hub, attracting visitors from across the region. We’ve built a network of highly qualified therapists, fostering partnerships that ensure we offer a wide range of therapeutic services to meet various needs. Our commitment to quality and transparency has earned us positive feedback from both clients and professionals in the mental health field.

Purpose & Core Values:

Our core purpose is to bridge the gap between individuals seeking therapy and qualified Russian-speaking therapists, simplifying access to culturally sensitive care. We value:

  • Accuracy: Providing objective and reliable information about therapist qualifications, specializations, and areas of expertise.
  • Transparency: Promoting open communication between clients and therapists by presenting clear pricing, service offerings, and therapeutic approaches.
  • Inclusivity: Celebrating cultural diversity and ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their language or background, can find appropriate therapy.
  • Empowerment: Equiping individuals with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their mental health care.

Identifying the Need:

The internet offers a wealth of information, but when it comes to specialized services like Russian-speaking therapy, reliable and targeted resources are scarce. Many websites either lack comprehensive listings of therapists who speak Russian or provide outdated or inaccurate data. ARST was created to fill this gap, offering a dedicated platform for both clients seeking care and therapists expanding their reach.

Unbiased Information & Reliability:

We take great pride in upholding the highest standards of accuracy and impartiality. All therapist listings on our site are verified through direct communication with the professionals themselves. We encourage ongoing feedback from both therapists and clients to ensure our information remains current and accurate.

Target Audience & Engagement:

ARST serves a diverse audience, including:

  • Individuals of Russian descent seeking therapy in their native language.
  • English speakers who prefer a therapist who understands their cultural background.
  • Therapists looking to connect with clients who speak Russian.

We engage our audience through:

  • Informative blog posts: Providing insights into various aspects of mental health, therapy, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Therapist spotlights: Sharing the stories and specializations of ARST network therapists.
  • Community events: Hosting online discussions, webinars, and workshops focused on Russian-speaking communities’ unique mental health needs.

We welcome reader engagement through comments on blog posts, feedback about our site, and suggestions for content or features.

The Team:

  • Oleg Petrovsky – Founder & CEO: A dedicated advocate for accessible mental health care, Oleg’s personal experience inspired him to create ARST.
  • Anna Smirnova – Director of Content: Anna ensures our website offers valuable and engaging content, from therapist profiles to informative articles.
  • Dmitry Kuznetsov – Web Developer: Dmitry crafts user-friendly and visually appealing websites that enhance the user experience.
  • Natalia Ivanova – Community Manager: Natalia fosters engagement within our community through online discussions, social media interaction, and event planning.

Our Business Model:

ARST operates on a referral basis. We do not offer direct therapy services but rather serve as a matchmaking platform, connecting clients with therapists based on their specific needs and preferences. Therapists who list with ARST pay a small subscription fee, which helps us maintain the website and provide valuable resources to both professionals and consumers.
